Coffee : My Lockdown Passion (Part 1)

“Coffee isn’t just a drink; it’s a lifestyle. We believe that if coffee is worth making (it is!), it’s worth making well”

The above quote is what I really inspire upon in my life now. It all begin with the lockdown in March 2021, when we all had started to work from home and coffee was something which I need to kickstart my day and basically i am used to have 3–4 cups of coffee in the day.

One in the morning, followed by another one at 12pm and one in the evening. At home it was mainly instant coffee which started from Nescafe Classic and Bru towards the premium Davidoff Instant Coffees.

I was satisfied and enjoying it till something changed it all together!.

I found a new Coffee Filter Machine at home (Some Diwali Gift which no one at home cared to use), and this drew me to this interesting Journey to explore the world of Fresh Brewed Coffees.

I just read a bit about how to use it, it was a very basic machine and I went straight to the Amazon app and searched for ‘Ground Filter Coffee’ and a lot of options were there, out of which i picked up ‘Blue Tokai Attikan Estate’ based on the reviews since I had no knowledge of it till then and it turned out to be so awesome!.
